It is important to me to represent each client to their satisfaction.  No two cases are identical, as there are numerous factors and personalities in each situation.  Each case must be addressed based on its unique characteristics.

Communication with my clients is key to achieving their goals.  Clients are surprised at how I strive to return calls and keep them informed.  I have learned that a client must be informed in order to make meaningful decisions about issues that will affect them for years, such as custody, visitation, child support and property division. 

Communication must go both ways.  Having my client communicate with me through emails or calls on a regular basis allows me to understand what developments are happening in the case and what is most important to my client.

I am happy that my clients generally return to me for other legal needs and also frequently refer me to friends and family.  Making an extra effort in each case helps my client achieve a functional solution to the issues involved.
